Ingredients of Red Bean Cake

300 g red beans
150 g castor sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
190 g cornflour
2 cups red bean soup
1 cellophane sheet for lining
Methode of Red Bean Cake :
1. Rinse red beans and soak in water for hour. Steam the red beans together with with the water used to soak it until tender, about 40 minutes. Drain, add sugar, condensed milk, Mix well.
2. Line a steamer about 2,5 cm deep with celllophane sheet and pour in the mixture. Steam over high heat for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool, cut into rectangular pieces and serve.
