Ingredients of Pumpkin Cake

4 eggs
360 g sugar
1 1/3 cups oil
3 cups grated pumpkin
400 g flour
1 1/2 tsps baking soda
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 1/2 tsps cinnamon powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cupos chopped walnuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup whipped cream
Method of Pumpkin Cake Recipe :
1. Preheat oven to 1800 C/350 0 F. Grease a 25 cm x 10 cm chiffon cake mould.
2. Beat eggs until slughtly thick. Add sugar and beat well. Add oil and beat for 1 minute. Add greted pumpkin and stir well.
3. SIft together flour, baking soda, baking powder cinnamon powder and salt. Combine well with the pumpkin mixture. Add in chopped walnuts and raisins. Pour into the cake mould and bake for 1 hour. Let cool for 20 minutes. INvert cake on to a place and serve with whipped cream.
