
Ingredients of Fried Corn Cake :
200 g corn cream
200 g cornflour
Sesoning
15 g castor sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup boiled water
1/3 cup oil

Method of Fried Corn Cake Recipe :
1. WIth an electric juicer, blend corn cream to form juice. Add in cornflour, sugar and water. Blend thoroughly. Add in eggs and blend
2. Lightly grease a preheated griddle or a heavybased frying pan. Drp tablespoons of the bater onto the surface 5 cm apart, leaving them until they bublle and the bubbles begin to burst.
3. Turn the cakes with a palette knife and cook until both sides are golden brown. Remove and serve with honey.
