Ingredients of Blueberry Cookies

1 egg
1 lemon
1/2 cup bluberry jam
110 g butter
2 cups flour
2 tbsps milk powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Seasoning :
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Method of Blueberry Cookies
1. Remove flesh of lemon and squeeze out juice. Rinse peel and choope finely. Sift together flour, milk powder and baking powder and set aside.
2. Cream butter with seasoning until fluffy. Add in egg, lemon peel and juice and beat well. Add in the sifted ingredints and knead into a dough. Put in a plastic bag and refirgerate for 40 minutes. Put the dough into a piping bag fitted with a flower shaped nozzle. PIpe out flower shaped cookies. Make a dent in the centre
3. Arrange cookies on a baking tray lined with waxed paper. Preheat oven for 15 minutes to 180 degree C / 35 degree F. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove, fill the dents with blueberry jam and serve
